Contracts are concluded exclusively between the client and the matched company. FIXBAU is not liable for proper performance, defects, delays, damages or consequential damages caused by the matched company, unless FIXBAU has breached its own obligations.

Partners are selected to the best of our knowledge and after careful review. Liability for insolvency, contract execution or disputes between client and matched partner is excluded as far as legally permissible.
